    Default 10.7 pass Dragway 42

I ran the car again this evening and still working on dialing the car in, but getting closer I think. Stalling the car up to 2800 yielded a 1.66 60', but anything more was really overpowering the tires on launch. Really looking forward to running the 325/50/15's when they come in so that I can really start trying to launch at the tree.

Wow that thing is nuts! Put a transbrake to it and it's all over!

I have a Lentech 4r70 w/ transbrake, but can't use it until the rear tires are resolved.
The 15x10 rear Bogarts came in, but 325/50/15 MT ET Streets are on backorder until mid July, so I may wind up buying the Hoosier dr's. After that I can start transbraking it.
The car is a bit tough to get out of the whole even footbraking right now with the 275's on. I can stall it up to about 2800, so right now I can't even see the limit of the Precision 3200 converter.

And to think... This car started its life as a harmless little 6'er!

    Yes it was.

    I always liked that car.
Thanks. I still need to get a dynojet run off of you, but waiting until a get a lockup tune from Mike to get an accurate run.

To be honest, I don't know. PowerHouse uses a Mustang Dyno which is stingy as hell, so I don't bother getting dynosheets and just go by what the ET's say.
I need to get a lockup tune from Mike so that I can take it to Keith @ Big Shot for a proper dynosheet.

@all, thanks. Driver mod is nowhere near the car, but I am working on it.

Quick question - why does the number matter?

If you tell people the lower number (which is still accurate), people will be surprised by the results and think you have a driver mod 3v installed.
