Boss 5.0 Blocks

Just saw this in 5.0. They are being cast in Cleveland at the casting plant in Brooke Park. My father works there and when i aske dhim about it, he said they have some blocks they have been making for some race car driver that they have been keeping in a 'special' place. Sad part, a block will not fit in his lunch box

Back gate, you want the back gate man... Lol, when I used to sub contract there I was actually surprised by how lax security was. I walked all over that place unquestioned.

I do not think the machine them there though. I was reading the article and i think they are sending the blocks to MI and they are getting machined up there. game plan over.

They have machining capabilities there, they can roll out a finished block. Whether they are for these or not is another story.

And those special race blocks may have been the new experimental Roush motor.

They won't be machined there because they are not set up for it. I wonder how big the lot is? Gets really expensive to do a small run.
