First off, thanks alot to Shemmy for helping me out when i got there and for taking the pics. Also PHP and FoxLake for putting this on. And last but not least, Kirk and Bob for handing me my timeslips and giving me tips on launching. 8)

Well today was the first time i have EVER ran at a race track. Ran at Norwalk today at the PHP/FoxLake event. I'll admit, i was nervous, but it turned out to be really exciting.

My best run:
R/t... .291 (.130)
60' ... 2.141
1/8 ... 8.485
MPH ... 87.59
1/4 ... 12.923
MPH ... 109.99 (110.34)

Bolds are my over all best for the day.

I'm pretty happy with my runs. (enter excuses / Bench racing:rolleyes:  )
It was my first time ever running, i have stock gears, street tires on a heavy DD wheel, and it got pretty hot out there. I think with more practice, some gears, cooler weather, and even more practice i should get a 12.7 ???

The rest of the day though i was getting 13.0-13.1's left and right.

Can anyone point out my new 'mod' ;)

12.7 on street tires.....hell of alot faster on slicks or even dot slick 8)

I like the new mod....Also, you would have ran faster if you used the light side of the force.

wow...thats a tough call, both wheels look good but i think for driving around i would keep the Saleens because they are Chrome 8) Those Bullitts do look great though.

You did good, Junior. I was watching you from up in the tower. I could see you were a little hesitent the first couple times but after that, you really ripped on it. Good job!!!

Thanks alot...
I have had a few problems with my tranny. Every once in a blue moon it grinds hard going into second and pops out. So as the day went on i started getting a little weary of it happening, but fortunatly nothing went wrong. That was alot of fun, and VERY addicting. lol

Junior, you were really starting to nail down some decent times. I'm sure the next time that you are out there you will be turning some 12.8's with no problem.
