Leaving feedback on itrader

I must be kinda slow tonight, I cant figure out how to leave feedback for items purchased. Is it because I have a low post count ? I searched the forum and found where I am to click on the member name to access itrader but I dont see it there.

Directions please.....

Click the persons name, click feedback score, click submit feedback. The rest is intuitive.

In my search these are the same instructions I found.

When I click on the members name a box pops up with options to click on, is this where the feedback score link is ? If so it is not showing up on either of the two members I owe feedback for.

Help ?

It should be on the popup but it appears it's not there anymore. I'll look at it when I can.
