91 lx 5.0 blk. tweed int car is rough $1800

up for sale i have a 91 lx 5.0 with a nice black tweed interior. this is a running driving car that has a busted front bumper cover (comes with a nice used one) ashtray lid as well as the arm rest lid both work not repaired. the car is rusty but has lots of good parts on it. complete blk interior, has a rebuilt t-45 with a fox input shaft and a alloy gear set in it. off raod h-pipe and flowmaster cat back, rear end was rebuilt with 3.55's all new bearings and new t/l clutches. car has 144k miles on it top end was pulled apart at 120,000 and new head gaskets, intake valve cover gaskets etc.etc. pony rims with good tires. take $1750 cash or i'm gonna part it out myself. pm me if interested i don't check my posts. no pics for a couple of days.

ill give you the "its got nice parts" but those key words make people afraid, and not want to pay $1750.00...Might want to post some pictures so we can see how "rusty" this is... thought id give some constructive criticism. G/L with the sale.

He has been parting cars out for over 15 years. This would be a great parts car for a motor swap, 4 cyl conversion or whatever....

I mean, what do you expect for 1700 bucks anyways? heck the interior is worth a grand by itself......

+1. Good price for a rebuilt motor, T45, and rebuilt rear end.


That'd make one heck of a good donor car, so purchasing a rolling chassis or a nice 4 cylinder LX, 3 grand and some change (granted you do most of the big stuff yourself) and you have a cheap, nearly spotless car.

If you ever check this post again.....how many cars have you sold over the years, sight unseen, over the phone, long before digital cameras existed.....oh yeah i guess i do own one of those, or is that a polaroid?lol i'm asking neal how i should word my heading on my ad? the car is rough should i advertise that it's nice? so someone comes and looks at it and gets pissed cus i mis represented the car. i've sold 60-70 mustangs and parted at least 125-150(there's a few people on here that can verify i had field full of 40-50 fox bodies on my parents farm) fox bodies in the last 15 years what do i know?? the car is what it is and i 'm not gonna b.s. anyone, make someone a nice donor car, or maybe i'll drive it this winter.i won't be able to get pics for a few days as i'll be mowing for a couple of days unless it rains.

steve,here's some pics of the car. i still have it. i put a new fuel pump and a clutch in it, wiper blades and a oil change and changed all the fluids. gas gauge even works correctly. been driving it all over. it's sporting turbines now.make a nice daily driver heater runs you out of there,all lights everything works as it should. i would drive it every day but i havn't figured out how to mount a plow yet.

i used a old diesel block heater cord, and adapters from radio shack. i'm in there now.
