UPDATE: Changed my mind and considering selling outright now $8300 not obo
I have a 2002 gt, 54k miles, it is a salvage rebuild but fixed with good oem parts. Car dark green and gray leather interior, mach 460, 5 speed
Mods
on 3 performance single 70mm turbo setup, all 304 stainless from manifolds forward, 3" turbo feed pipe, 3" downpipe to catback, 3" intercooler piping, 38mm wastegate, 50mm bov, delphi 36# injectors, On 3 performance pmas meter setup, focus pump, dynotunemotorsports tune, qa1 kmember, a arms, coilovers are gms. I just had everything on the hotside coated satin black, exhaust housing was coated, custom external dump setup. Im sure Im forgetting things but I will post if anything comes to me. Made like 335/375 on 5# and we did a 10# pull one time for the fun of it when tuning last year, made 440/496.
Car is daily driven and has all accessories, its as reliable as it gets. I drive it daily on 6-7psi and made about 6 passes at the track on 8-9psi. It has gone 12.13@119.2 and I have trapped 120.5 on a slower pass. Easily 11 sec daily driver
The paint has a few little flaws but nothing really too bad. The car does clean up nice and has a lot more potential. There are some knicks in the paint on the hood, one on the door and I dont know if Im missing any others. The driver side airbag was replaced, the passenger side hasnt so that is something that will need done eventually. Come look at the car if your serious
I dont want money, I want a 99+ Black GT w/ leather(+cash depending on what you have to offer). Unless someone makes a "more than reasonable" cash offer, save the time, Im not taking it. I will just keep the car, I do not have to sell it, I just wanted to start with something else.
Ill get better photos later or leave an email address if you want more forwarded

What's wrong about that?
If I'm not mistaken, that might be the on3performance guy as well. Why not get the car from the guy that designed the kit in the first place? It'd be a good frame of reference, but that's just my 2 cents.

Yea this is the car we designed the kit on. I just really wanted a black 2v car from the start but time was of the essence. I had to pick this up to keep things on track but dont get me wrong, I love the car. I daily drive the car and just really prefer a black. It drives like a stock car but has 11 sec potential wiht someone driving the $hit out of it.
if you want to see the car in action, you can see it on youtube, just search on3performance with no spaces. Any questions just let me know

I honestly never gave it thought, I really just would like to work out a trade with someone with a black 99+ 2v car
Let me think about it if you are serious and Ill sleep on it. Ill come up with a price. come out and look at it maybe to make sure its something you are interested in it

Thanks, I plan to change the setup some and get it deep into the 11's, 10's maybe. I want to do a built shortblock, fuel mods, and maybe an auto setup.
I just have so many projects right now I need to take it one at a time. I plan to do a 4v swap in my coupe this winter, single turbo, etc. So I have my hands full. I want to do this 2v setup, I have my 99 4v setup I need to finish so I have too manything going on. Im finishing up getting our 3v single kit into production and getting our 351 single setup for fox swapped cars right now..... :-)
i dont know, it was just a thought and figured I would throw the car up on here to see what happened. No rush, let me know if anyone has anyone interested
thanks

Whitegt thanks for the offer, I am pretty stuck on finding black. Whats the details on your motor build? low compression for boost?
The 5.0 kits are a little cheaper than the 4.6 kits. I can email you details if you wanted

Can you give me details on your car as well? It really just depends on what you have to offer and its pretty hard to see from that photo. I would want to know overall condition, interior color, miles, and other small details. This is just a rational decision I made and posted up for the fun of it to see if I could build any interest. I will come up with a number I would want for my car and we can compare and bounce the idea around with each other

Kevin Clifford (Clifford Automotive) could paint it black for about $2800.00. He does a kick ass job, especially on black cars. Just an idea.

I think I just pretty much changed my mind and have enough turbo cars to not just start all over. Now Im building the cobra, I dont think I want to start on another project. My notch is next and the cobra passed it up just because the rod decided it wanted out of my motor

start selling budget built short blocks?

I need to just start swapping 2v short blocks into everything since they seem to like boost much better than their big brother the 4v motor :-)

thanks, Im sure it wont sell and hopefully I get my notch finished up soon enough. If I come up with a daily and I can park this, it will get rods, pistons, clutch and double the boost. I have had more fun with this car than any other I have had. It loves boost...lol
