been building this car for last 4 months and its been a PITA! put a vic jr on and boy does it lean out at WOT. tried all i know now its goin to a carb specialist in Racine. should turn on real nice. got some gt40s portin, shavin, stuffin in bigger valves, and screw in studs. dont know how fast it will turn out but it only weighs 2700lbs so it shouldnt take much:skid:

looks good dave. i'll be willing to bet alot of your problems lie within the metering blocks. you got to have all the adjustment you can get in a "low vacume" situation to compinsate for different things. took me all summer and 2 carb's to get mine where i'm satisfied.
drive it like you stole it !! :deal:

yea i found a guy that is a holley guru( known him for 10yrs) gonna go thru it and give everything else a once over. he makes crap run fast, just a bowtie man is only thing wrong with him haha! gonna take it to him after i get the heads done and on it, decided to resurface the intake also jus to be sure.
