did the box you have fit in your mustang?

would have, just chose not to put it in there because i did not have an amp, plus convertible would not have sounded very good.

well if you have them in about a month i may have to take them, but I would have to make sure they fit and I would want to see what they sound like. I have a JL 500/1 so they should sound halfway decent.

i can gurantee they will sound good. when i had them in my escort i had a phoenix gold 1200 series amp hooked up to them and it pushed nearly 150db on the meter. i should have them most likely, i haven't really pushed too hard to get rid of them just want to clear up some space in my garage. let me know...

One thing though I think you meter was broken lol. My friend had three 1000 watt memphis amps with 2 15 in memphis subs and 2 12 memphis subs and he was 149 DB and that was by far the loudest thing I've ever heard in my life.
