Here's a little history on the car to help out. It's an 06 v6 mustang with c&l tuner, sct tune, lt headers, dual exhaust. Last year after doing the headers and exhaust I would occasionally get a check engine light. Code was always the same for heating circuit on 02's being slow. No big deal, could be adjusted in tune. Because we have plans to do more to the car I haven't bother doing anything with the tune. Over the winter the only thing performance done to the car was the addition of different mufflers. Noticed the car seemed to smell as though it was running very rich when idling in the garage after the exhaust. Also noticed when revving it up a couple times it would stumbe and then the cel came on. Car ran fine before light, would stumble badly, light come on, and then car was fine again. Today it is kind of decent out so I was going to run the car down the street to see how the new exhaust sounded. Pulled out of driveway started down the street and there was no acceleration, just the bad stumble. Turned around to pull it back in and now it felt fine. However the light was on again. The code I keep getting now is a P2196 which I believe to be some kind of 02 code also. Anyone have info about this that may help diagnose? The tune was for a stock 4.0 with C&L, nothing else. Wonder if the exhaust is throwing it off?

Thanks
Kerry

P2196-

Oxygen (A/F) Sensor Signal Stuck Rich
(Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Since it's saying it's only a single cylinder bank it leads me to believe that the MAF sensor is fine. Trying switching the 02 sensor with the one on the other bank. If the code switches to that bank you need a new 02 sensor.
