your door is sagging. Replace the door pins, cheap fix.

see if you can raise door up and down. Just grab corner of door and you will know. If so you need new pins and bushings. Don't install one without the other. Fairly cheap and easy to install with air hammer

i can move it a little bit but not much, not enough for the door to droop that much m and it moves up about an eigth of an inch, and after that its sitll not inline.

Has the car ever been in an accident? The unibody may be tweaked or twisted if it was ever raced a lot or hit.
A tweaked unibody could lead to the door sagging or having an uneven gap, but hopefully that's not the case.

Normally I would say no. If you only had to adjust the door, you can pull the inner fender liner out and do it.
Since your door has been replaced, I say pull the fender too and start over.

Using the floor jack is a great way to hold the door along with a friend.

They sell oversized hinge bushing kits for pretty cheap. they aren't the easiest to install but a lot easier than a new hinge.
Cheaper too.
