O2 values

What's the voltage range for the front O2 sensors on a 2001 mustang GT? I'm getting 2-13V from both front O2's and I thought it should be .1-1V.

two of the wires on the o2 are for the heater... maybe that's what you were getting your readings from? I can't recall what wire's what tho...
